Serendipity
Was invited to attend a 'Ladies Tea' hoping to experience a lovely tea so I invited a friend to go with me. I was very disappointed in the presentation in the experience. We were served canned fruit, dry scones, and average desserts. The tea was good. Wouldn't go again.

The Canterbury Hotel
This was my first high tea I attended and was very excited as a guest. However, the experience was very lacking. The cup was a coffee cup instead of tea china and sandwiches were cut in squares and piled on plates. The desserts tasted like they were the kind you could buy at the wholesale house. Scones were dry. Wouldn't go again.
