Miss Molly's is a great tea room! I love going out to tea there! I have been there on several occasions and enjoyed it each time! The food is excellent and so is the tea! It is a great place to visit!

I have gone to Miss Molly's numerous times. Unfortunately the last time I have gone the service was awful and sat there for 25 minutes waiting for our tea. We have not been back since.

The best team room in NE Ohio. The tea is exceptional, and the atmosphere is adorable. Often see mother /daughter tea outings here. Just a delightful place.

I used to come to Miss Molly's all the time with friends and family. I don't live in the area anymore but came for a visit recently. Food used to be delicious but it has changed. Prices have stayed the same for almost 15 years That is remarkable. But I miss the 'Old Miss Molly's'. I wouldn't mind paying a bit more for the quality it used to be. Restaurant could also use a bit of a facelift.

I go to Miss Molly's about once every 6 weeks. I enjoy and look forward to the tea and the food! Service is usually good - not exceptional. Hostesses don't share much personality. We had one waitress, Molly, that was fantastic! I too have noticed that the tea room could use an update and also a good cleaning. Sorry to say but true. Décor is old an dirty looking. Freshen up a bit and it will bring us all some joy!

Very rude and unhygienic experience. Even with reservations, the three of us were put into a room that needed to be emptied and cleared within an hour of being seated there. So, service was curt and discourteous, and the staff swept floors while we ate - yuck. Food quality and tea presentation lacking, but tea was good. Overall experience for a rare girls day out was absolutely awful.

I'm a dude, and I even liked the place....granted...my MOM made me go, but I really did enjoy it....don't get me wrong...I wish they made a burger or steak, but all in all it was good. The Hostess was a hottie, and the waitresses are cute!!!!! Oh, and to all of the snooty biotches that wont be coming back....good(ur probably just taking your fat aggression out on the place)

I went to Miss Molly's just to shop. I wanted to get a teapot for a gift. I felt as if I were invisible. When I did ask a question, I know I was being a bother. I'll go back to Remeber When in Kirtland and make my purchase there. They are always friendly, and treat me with respect.

Besides the horrible service, disgusting premade food, the rude server, and the bad over crowded seating conditons my trip to miss mollys tea room was so much fun! I can't wait to spend more of my hard earned money on their over-priced food! The owner must be friends with the oil companies

Miss Molly's was a delight to me. I felt most welcome, loved the decor and truly felt relaxed while there. I highly recommend the Victorian Rose Tea, it smells heavenly-like Roses! I also thought the Broccoli Salad was amazing! I want the recipe! The gift shop was so fun and I bought little trinkets to commemorate my visit there with my dear cousin who introduced me. I had a lovely chat with the lady who ran the gift shop and she seemed so happy to be working there. I would definitely like to go back. What a special little store. It's all about the experience. Not another Starbucks!

The orange cranberry tea I ordered was a perfect blend of flavors. The tea sandwiches were whimsical and delectable. I enjoyed seeing my little sister served her own pot if iced tea next to my pot of hot tea. Everyone who worked there seemed pleasant and to enjoy their jobs. We made our reservation for when they opened on Saturday, and while the room was not full by the end of our visit, the back parking lot was, so I suggest if you are planning to visit on a weekend, you make your reservation early in the day.

Miss Molly's is the most charming Victorian era, beautiful tea room in N. Ohio.
Traveling with the Red Hatters allows me to see a few of them! The food is excellent, presentation inviting and service by an incredible staff that seems to smile all the time. Reservations are recomended as it does get quite crowded. The new expanded dining area has solved a great deal of that problem. I enjoy all of their entrees but the chicken salad and tuna are worthy of notation as is the pretzel salad. The gift shop has everything and anything a lover of tea could want. Beautiful china, note cards, jewelry just too much to mention. You will most likely be taking some of your food home for later as the portions allow for a hearty meal. If you are looking for a unique dining experience Miss Molly's is the place to go. I know I will return again and again!

Much to my disappointment.....Miss Molly's was not the 'quaint' and 'cozy' tea room I had hoped for. Although the food and service was good....the resturant was so crowed that you could barely make your way into the gift shop to pay your bill. I think I even saw banquet tables set up with folding chairs (I felt sorry for the people who had to sit there). The server, although nice and apologetic, was having a hard time keeping up with the amount of tables she had. I hope all tea-rooms don't go the way of 'mass production' as I feel this one has done. I won't be back.

This was my first Tea Room experience.I found the seating very very crowded. One lady in our group who used a walker could not even get to the table with it. When she finally got there the walker had to be folded and stored against a wall 2o feet from her.The waitress was slow and very awkward in the presentation of the tea pots especially. We ordered the lunch with three different finger sandwhiches we thought. It consisted of two heart shaped smashed pieces of bread with a ice cream scoop amount of filling in it. Very awkward and impossible to get it to your mouth without wearing the samples.Along with that came a tea cup of soup of the day, chips and pickle slice. The sandwhich fillings were of course refrigerated fillings set down next to the cup of steaming soup which started to warm the fillings making even them loose consistancy. I found this experience to be not relaxing, but stressful. The area we were seated in was noisey and crowded, making it almost impossible to have conversation at our table. Im not about to return there as it was not at all what I had heard from friends. I do how ever plan on trying different tea rooms. I wish I could have been pleased with at least one thing on Miss Mollys.I hope they read these blogs and try to do something about these issues.

I've enjoyed the few visits I've had to Miss Molly's. The food is very good and I love the fancy tea cups and pots that they use.
Seating is a bit cramped and I think they would do better to explain the menu as this can be a new experience for some. And, while reservations are almost a must, it is difficult to reach someone to make one.
All in all, it's quiet enjoyable and I would give it four stars!

I had heard a few positive comments about this tea room in the past so I decided to give it a try. Must say was very disappointed with the treatment we received from the hostess. My mother and I were seated at a really small table in a high traffic area. What's more the hostess actually said that most people don't like to sit at this table but because we didn't make reservation and because other server were busy this is where we had to sit. Needless to say I was upset with this treament and did make a point of telling a manager. Emphasized that all customers are important and deserve to be treated with consideration. I'm not sure that I will be backt to see if this has improved. There are too many other tea rooms just as charming, with great food and where customers are valued. If you intend to dine here and especially if you are driving a great distance call first and make reservations.
The meal itself was good particularly the strawberry pretzel salad and they do give each guest a large pot of tea instead of the smaller pots common in most tea rooms.
Dinning room is charming but large and can get quite noisy.

My favorite tea room in Ohio. I was so inspired by the beauty and attetion to detail. As a fellow tea room owner I always recomend it to the people who visit our shop. I visit everytime I am in the area.

My daughters and I visit Ms. Molly's at least once a year even though they all live on the East side -- it's a family tradition that we plan to continue for many years. We love the decor, food, and atmosphere. In fact, my husband and one of my sons even went with us once just to see what's so special!

I have visited a lot of Tea Rooms, and Miss Molly's is by far the best. My Grandchildren love it and cant wait for their next visit. The food is outstanding. I have never been disapointed. A week ago I did have lunch at a Tea Room in Chicago, and had a wonderful tea. It was a blueberry yogurt tea (loose tea). I don't know if it is one that you have added to your list. If not, you still have the greatest Tea Room.

I went back home to Brunswick, Ohio to visit my family. A friend of mine kept telling me about this wonderful tea room called Miss Molly's. After about 2 years of talking and going to tea, we finally did (I don't live in Ohio anymore so it makes it real difficult to do so). I enjoyed my time at Miss Molly's. The tea was wondeful and you receive your own tea pot. The portions of tea and the food were huge. It was hard to finish it all. I will make every effort to go there again when I am at home visiting. A+++++

I am from Michigan but one Saturday, I was visiting a friend in Lorain and she knew of my love for tea rooms so had made a reservation for us at Miss Molly's. We did wait 20 minutes even with our reservation as the tea room was packed. However, the food was well worth the wait. We had a wonderful time visiting as we sipped our tea and had one of the best lunches I have eaten in a long time. The hostess was very friendly and our server did a fine job. I would highly recommend this tea room to anyone who wants to relax and step back in time.

I thought the your tea room was very enjoyable and the food was excellent. The service was lacking though. We couldnt find our server and had to get a bus boy to get our water and my friends salad. Over all I did enjoy the experience but I think they need to evaluate their servers. If I am going to go to a place like this I expect to get good food and good service.

What a wonderful place to enjoy a fabulous lunch! I took my mother and sisters to Miss Molly's for lunch and we had an unforgettable experience. The Hostess was very accommodating since we didn't have a reservation and was happy to seat us. The servers were so friendly and very decorated for the holidays. And the food was out of this world. The portions were much larger than I expected so we had to box some of our lunch up in order to save room for our exquisite dessert. I highly reccomend Miss Molly's Tea Room, I have already made my next reservation!

I took my mother, sister, neice and 5 year old daughter here last Christmas as a gift to them. The server spilled HOT Cocoa on my daughter's head, and did not apologize, get a towel, or offer her ice. I had to find someone who could bring ice for her burning head. I told the hostess about it all, and she told me that it was a busgirl that did and and she could not help it. What a horrible place, and a horrible experience for a 5 year old. Then when I wrote them to explain about the experience I never received a response. Do not waste your time on this place.

On a recent trip to miss molly's. my daughter was creaped out by a old man who wouldnt stop touching her shoulder. Other than him, and the bad food poor, service, and bad envirment it was a dump. They hustled us in my mother being in a wheel chair to a folding card table because the maximum occupancy limit was reached. So me my mother and my daughter all cramned into a folding card table that wouldn't stop wiggling. Could't pay me to go back again

On a recent day out with my college daughter. We decided to stop for tea. What a delightful reception we received at Miss Molly's Tea Room. Though we did not have reservations they were eager to accomodate us. The meal was delightful. My only problem was with the tea. Though at first it was fine, it was over steeped and with loose leaf tea by the end of the pot it was too bitter to even drink. I would definitely visit Miss Molly's again but next time order the tea bag tea on the menu.
