Welcome Back! Yes after being gone for a year we're still here to offer you your cup of tea.
Bella's is located in the small Historical town of Fillmore and offers a beautiful, relaxing setting as you have lunch and sip on tea in a vintage setting as if your visiting Grandma's house. We are not a traditional Tea Room with dress codes or time limits on tables but do ask for reservations of party's of 6 or more. We look forward to your visit!

I and my girlfriend just had the best time. The place is adorable and the owner and her little daughter are sweet as can be. The food was wonderful. The peach tea was so refreshing served cold on a very hot day. Very tasty and beautifully served. I can't wait to take another girlfriend there to show off my find.

Absolutely love Bellas. I take my grandmother every week and she just loves and adores this place. Its a very warm tranquil atmosphere. Smells great and the antique decor is just lovely beautiful. But the best part about this place is the service. Renee is absolutely caring loving and takes really good care of you. Her service is great she is a sweet beautiful lady. My grandma and I sit there for hours we cant get enough of Bellas teas and treats. The quality of food and teas is excellent. I definetly and highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone even if you are not a tea person you will enjoy this place. The view is also nice. Thank you Renee for always welcoming us taking good care of us and for providing such a great place in town to enjoy relax drink and eat...

We had a delightful time celebrating a birthday at Bella's. The tea selection was excellent and the owner came out and explained the different teas to us, as we are not regular tea drinkers. We enjoyed the carrot cake tea and also lemon ginger. I had feeling that any would have been good. Definitely recommend that you try Bella's

Last year I took my Mother to Bella's for her 85th Birthday. The food and service were great and the tearoom is cut and nicely decorated so we came back again this year for her Birthday. I love the chicken curry sandwich!! If you enjoy tearooms you should try Bella's. You won't be disappointed!!

This is my favorite place in Fillmore. Living in this tiny little town gets monotonous and boring but ever since Bella's has been here, I've had something to do! The sandwiches are spectacular, the tea is spectacular, the service is more spectacular still! Everytime I go, they make ne feel like I'm a part of their family, and I always look forward to going back. I love the decorations and everything about it. Everyone should go to Bella's!!

Stopped in for tea on a Sunday afternoon. Cute little place but more Cafe than Tea room. Nice decor but stale canned music. They serve sandwiches, scones and tea but its served more like a traditional restaurant than a Victorian Tea Room. Nothing on the menu advertised what my friend and I would consider 'Having Tea'. Sandwich selection was limited. Sandwiches were full sized and served with a side salad on the same plate. Scones were good but only served with Lemon Curd, no clotted cream or butter. Waiter was the owners young son. He did ok but did'nt get our Tea order right. For a Tea shop to be ranked #24 of 332 in California we expected more.

The owners Felipe and Renee are excellent with their customers. I had never visited a tea room, but after experiencing this gorgeous place I will continue to visit. Now I will be looking for other tea rooms in other cities. But for now this will continue to be my favorite

If your travels take you to Fillmore, be sure to stop by Bella's Teas & Treats, a charming family-run tea room! You won't be disappointed!
I first discovered Bella's during a family outting to Filmore this past July and have been back several times since. Three local shopkeepers suggested that we try Bella's, and I soon learned why. I love the the impressive selection of unique teas (two of my recent seasonal favorites are carrot cake and pumpkin spice), and the yummy salads, HUGE sandwiches, and treats. The decor is also adorable. But more than anything I love Renee's hospitality. She and her family always welcome us with open arms and treat us as though they're entertaining us in their own home.
This is the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion. In fact, I took two of my girlfriends there to celebrate their bdays, and they loved it.
But it's also an ideal place just to hang out and relax. My hubby and I have been three times in recent weeks...a couple of times to spend a lazy Sunday afternoon enjoying tea on the patio while watching the happenings in the nearby town square.
Yesterday, though, was the first time my hubby joined me there for lunch...he indulged in the mammoth-sized chicken curry croissant sandwich and scones. Let me assure you, he didn't leave hungry!
I can't wait to go back to share this special tea room with more of my family and friends!

We had a wonderful Saturday afternoon at Bella's this week. The service was outstanding. Bella's was able to meet all of our special dietery needs and those of a ten year old, young man (with a special lunch from a resturant next door). The food was exceptional along with the service I encourge you spend an afternoon at Bella's.

My daughter Natalie turned 8 July 14th. How exciting! Except, that my Mom has been in the hospital and our car broke down! This wasn't my best week! Rene to the Rescue! Rene Perez of Bella's Teas and Treats saved me! 'How would Natalie like to have her party here?' she asked. (This is where the clouds opened and the big beams of light came down on me) Natalie LOVES Bella's Tea Room!!
So, today I showed up to the Tea Room, frazzled and rushed of course, to find a table set with tiny tea cups and china. Straw hats decorated with flowers, and a tiara for Natalie, and feather boas were waiting at each seat. The girls loved looking at all the cute stuff and trying on the fancy hats.
Ahhh, I finally get to sit down. Rene had set an Adults table with our own platter of (my favorite) Turkey croissant and tuna sandwiches. Then I got my choice of 55 teas- hot or cold! Yum! My sister tried the energizer hot tea, and I had the iced white peach tea. I love that they offer stevia and sugar in the raw for sweeteners. My husband enjoyed the lemonade served in mason jars.
Once all were settled Rene demonstrated how to use the tongs to politely take a finger sandwich (pb&j with banana slices and ham & cheese). She gave a brief history of the High Tea and showed the girls proper etiquette. Although the girls chose from lemonade and punch, they held their pinkies in the air and sipped like the queen. The little ladies enjoyed being fancy giggled away while Natalie opened her presents.
What is a tea party without treats? The little ladies enjoyedtreats of mini cream puffs and cinnamon bread with Nutella and strawberries. Luckily for me, Rene remembered to take a picture of the cake before bringing it to the table on a fancy platter. (I always forget to take a picture of the cake!) The cake's arrival was marked with bubbles from a bubble machine! What fun! After cake, the girls danced around in the bubble filled patio. I can definitely say, 'A good time was had by all!'
I highly reccomend Bella's Teas and Treats for your girly parties, and just a nice peaceful lunch.

I found Bella's truly delightful in every aspect. The owners are so warm and welcoming. As for H's vile comment(this for you!) both Webster and Cambridge dictionary define a tea room as where tea, small meals and cakes are served.

This is a new tea shop in Filmore. My wife and I have been there several times already. It was recommended by a friend of a friend so we checked it out. We were very pleasantly surprised to find this jewel only 1/2 hour away from us. Bella's is a small shop hard to find at first but it's located right next to the railroad tracks across the street from the quaint railroad station and park right in the center of Fillmore.
The teas are incredible. We have two personal favorites Coconut creme and pomergranate pear - yum mo!
Each time we visited we've enjoyed the turkey coissant. It is great with generous portions of deli-style turkey and cheese. We have not had any other menu selections yet. The scones we tried were so-so; we've had better.
The atmosphere is very nice; quaint. Bella's is a family operated and owned business and they aim to please. The service is very personalized, friendly and warm. Would definitely recommend visiting this tea room.

This is an amazing tea room run by an even more amazing family. They have a variety of teas that all have a great flavor. If you have any questions they are very knowledgeable about all their available teas. I always feel more than welcome when I go and am always greeted with a friendly smile. They also serve finger foods that are absolutely delicious. This is definitely my new favorite relaxing hide out.

Let me start off by telling you I am not a huge tea fan, but after trying many of the teas at Bellas I am now hooked. The owners really do take time and make sure every pot comes out perfect. I am looking forward to the seasonal flavors with every new season. The place is beautiful and relaxing, I will be returning here for many dates. Stop and talk to the owners too, they are a delight and knowledgeable. A must visit when you come out this way. Way to go Bellas!

Bella's Tearoom is my new favorite hangout. The two teas I have tried so far were fantastic. I love the decor and the old fashion music that they play. The owners are super nice and the service is excellent. Thank you Bella's Tearoom for bringing something nice to Fillmore. I'll be back.

We took a weekend drive to Santa Barbara County and stopped in historial downtown Fillmore to try out a new tearoom I heard about. The owners had gone out of their way to start the welcoming atmosphere of the establishement before you even walked in. The window decor and patio area invited my daughter and I into the main dining room. A charming young lady 'Cressida' wearing a big smile on her face and dressed in a period costume welcomed us. After leading us to our table, she handed us menus and proceeded to ask us about our taste in teas. When I expressed a desire to be adventurous and try something new, she promptly gave me various choices to choose from out of the 50 varieties of whole leaf teas they carry. Cressida informed us the menu changed seasonally, the owners made a point to use only fresh locally grown produce and included vegetarian items on menu. I perused the food menu and decided on the house soup and a sandwich. My daughter on a salad. Our food arrived promptly. The food presentation was attractive and from the very first bite, it was delicious! The soup was perfect as the weather was quite cold out. The sandwich had just the right amount of spice to make it an extra treat to my palate. The portions were just right, not too much or too little. Renee, who owns the place with her husband Felipe stopped by our table and asked if everything was okay. When I told her we were on our way to Santa Barbara, she asked if we would like some warm tea for the road. The atmosphere of the dining area was tastefully decorated and quite charming. You can tell alot of thought went into the small details that adorn the space. I was told that some items on display would be on sale starting soon. Overall, our experience was delightful and we will definately be back. If you like places that aren't stuffy and make you feel like they are glad to see you, then you have to stop in. Oh, almost forgot, ladies! Bring the guys with you. When we were there, there was a party with only men sitting there enjoying the tea and food. We also saw children with their grandparents. This place seems to be for the whole family, which is very different from most tearooms I've been to in the past.

This is a wonderful tearoom serving over 50 types of tea and excellet food. The waitress explained the different types of tea. My tea was served brewed in a teapot with a beautiful cozy to keep it warm. As I was finishing my lunch, the owner Felipe stopped by my table. He told my that he and his wife just recently opened this tea room. I loved the food the service and the beautiful Victotian decor and truly recommend this tearoom to everyone.
