Easy-to-access location with a beautiful outdoor seating area. Even though it's on the courtyard of a shopping center, it doesn't feel like it. Lots of whimsical ambiance. I've come here with my sisters, or just by myself, and it's always pleasant and personable. Tea list is extensive, and scones are scrumptious!

My absolute favorite place to get tea locally! Not only is every single tea I've tasted so far delicious, but the food they offer is fantastic as well! It'll take me a long time to get through their entire tea list, but one of my bucket list goals is to do exactly that.

I have been coming here for years. I have been here several times, and every time I have had a wonderful experience. The service is fantastic as well as the food. I have turned on so many friends to this wonderful place and in turn, turned them onto the whole tea time experience. Thank you Tea Gardens for being such a class act!

This place is wonderful, original, comfortable and food is delicious. They now have organic salads and organic dairy products too. There scones are fantastic, totally homemade not from a box. Great place to celebrate birthdays. This is not your frilly Victorian Tea place, it has more of a classy European ambiance, hard to describe it you just have to try it yourself. Highly recommended!!!

This is a truly unique place. It is relaxed and the food is fresh and the tea choice is HUGE. They have close to 100 teas. If you are looking for kid dress up and scarves and boas then this is not the place. This is a tearoom that is more concerned with food and tea than all that frilly stuff. They do have a kids menu and a great breakfast menu too. Croissant French Toast is delicious. The garden is gorgeous too, they have bistro chairs and tables outside and you can just sit out there forever. My sister catered her shower here and the food was great but most delicious menu item is the scones. I live 2o miles away and go there once a week.On weekends there is a wait so call ahead. Hurray for unique business' that are not cookie cutter and are thriving in today's economy. Keep it up Tea Gardens. This place is wonderful!

With the economy the way it is, most tearooms are going out of business. This is NOT the case for The Tea Gardens! In 3 years, they have expanded their business and have added tons of food and more tea to the menu. The Tea Gardens has an eye for business and is always one step ahead! They do have pretty teacups for you to use if you call and make a reservation for an 'Afternoon Tea' otherwise you are served the most delish tea in a white teacup! I drive 20 miles round trip three days a week for the BEST cup of tea around!!

While I enjoyed the food and service was decent, I was very disappointed with the experience as a whole. The cups used were basic white and not decorative. I felt like I could've been at a Starbucks. If they added some more traditional tea-cups and maybe some kid dress up apparel (hats, scarves, etc) - this place would be going to again.
I went because of the reviews on this site, but I wouldn't recommend it if you are looking for a true tea-house experience with cups, teapots and the like.
That said, the tea was delicious (I had a Lavender Earl Gray and my niece (8 yo) had the Sweet Dreams (because it had Egyptian Chamomile and she LOVES Egypt). The scones were delicious as well (there was a mix up, but they quickly fixed it).
I don't think I'll go again because I live 15-20 miles away. If I lived close by I might go to study ($3/2 cups of tea).

I have nothing to say but great things about this place. It is a wonderful tearoom, casual, relaxing and very friendly;the staff is great. I go back time after time the minute I step inside it just makes my day. Their chicken salad is FANTASTIC! Their Pumpkin tea with their pumpkin bars are out of this world and they have great soup too. The decor is lovely and their outside garden is sooo pretty with the redwood trees and so much greenery and they have a little fountain that adds the best soothing sound, you just never want to leave.

This tea room feels like home! When I go for tea, I never want to leave because the atmosphere is so wonderful, and the food is beyond delicious. There isn't one thing that I have tried that wasn't good--- I enjoy it all! The staff never fails to do their very best. The service is fast and the tea is perfect! My favorite is the white tea peach...especially iced! The tea gardens is the best kept secret in town! :)

Today my friends and I had tea at The Tea Gardens and it was a true delight. I had heard lots of good things about it and decided to finally try it out. We split an afternoon tea and also had a salad. The salad dressing was out of this world and the chicken curry sandwiches were absolutely wonderful. The scones were soft and flaky and baked in heart shape. I did have to ask for extra clotted cream, it was just too yummy. We had a delicious vanilla earl grey tea and then ordered a fruity blueberry green tea. The service was outstanding and no one rushed us, we felt quite at home. They are kind of hidden in the back but the garden area is beautiful. This was a wonderful surprise and a place we will certainly keep coming back to.

This place is just wonderful! They have the most delicious afternoon tea for 12.99 and a pot of tea of your choice for 3.95. The food is fresh and the chicken salad is perfectly seasoned. I have been visiting this tearoom for over a year and the service is great. I also had my birthday here and everything was perfect they went out of their way to accomadate us. I am a tearoom addict and this place by far has the best prices and number one customer service.

We would have liked to go there, but when we contacted the tea room via phone, we were told that we could only take one tea to share. The person I was going to go with and myself have to completely different tastes and would not have been able to agree on a tea. The prices are high enough and you pay per person that we felt that it is only appropriate for each person to be able to choose an individual tea, like other tea rooms do. In the end we decided not to patronize this place but rather go to another tea room. What a disappoinment since this place recieved very high ratings from other people. If the 'rules' change, we will consider trying this place.

This tearoom was just wonderful! The waitress was very accomadating, I have food allergies so they went above and beyond in trying to find a tea and food choice for me. It is beautifully decorated, one should go every season because they are always changing their decor. The food was fantastic and the tea was perfectly brewed. Im addicted, I keep going back

This place is so fantastic! A little oasis in the middle of Santa Clarita. It is beautifully decorated and it has a wonderful garden area where you can sit and drink your tea. The food was delicious and the service was great too. It is casual and nobody hurries you. I couldnt believe this place was even there, it is a true jewel in a sea of mediocre restaurants. This is my new hangout, I can have fresh brewed tea everyday. Love it!

Yesterday, was my first experience enjoying the hidden treasure in our Valley..The Tea Gardens. It was lovely.. I brought as my guests my sons girlfiend and her Mum. They are both English and Love their tea. Although they did not have their favorite tea PG Tibs. But, to their delight they found over 80 different teas to choose from and we all had a wonderful visit. The tea was perfect, the food and patries were delightful...Thank You..We Will be Back Soon!!!

This tearoom has so much ambiance, it's a great place. The food is very fresh and all the sandwiches and salads are so unique. This place has excellent service all the servers are great. There is nothing negative I can say about the Tea Gardens. I keep going back week after week.

wow I walked in and thought I was in heaven. They had over 70 different varieties of tea and the servers were great. I am originally from England so I was defentinely very surprised to see such a great tearoom in the states. The scone were very good though the clotted cream wasnt like the one back home but that I know I will never find here. I even got to take tea to go. A truly marvelous place, I will be back.

I just have to say thank you to the tea gardens for opening in our town. They have excellent service the girls who work there are very attentive and will go out of their way to make sure everything is just right. My little boy loves the tea gardens. He had to have a procedure because he is sick and I said if he was a good boy and let the doctor do his job he could have a treat, my little boy chose the tea gardens. He said he wanted a chocolate chip scone. We go back week after week never tiring of the great food and teas. What a great place.

My husband and children loved this tearoom. My little girl felt so special she had never been to tea. They have exceptional service and fresh food. We had Iced tea and they brew it right there fresh as you order. It's the kind of tearoom you can go back to every week. It is not stuffy, its comfortable and it feels like home. Thanks to the tea gardens my whole family can enjoy good tea every week.

If you are looking for a cozy, warm, unpretentious place to have afternoon tea, this is it! If you are looking for 'high tea' and exceptional service, go to the Ritz Carlton. I'm not saying that they had bad service, the staff here was definitely attentive, but this has more of a vibe of a cafe. The food is great for the price, and they have a surprisingly wondeful selection of tea (including a great selection of Harney & Sons tea)! The scones were moist and tasty, but they could've included a more hefty serving of cream with the scones (they give you less than an ounce). I would definitely go back though!

I have to say the Tea Gardens is my favorite place to eat for lunch. But not only is it my favorite but it is also my 4 boys favorite too!! They love the food and all the employees. For my kids to choose the Tea Gardens over Mc D's, now that is good food that is good for them. I tell all my friends and family about this resturant because I think that everyone should know about this place.. Fantastic.

I recently went to the tea gardens with my mom a couple of weeks ago and the service and food were awful. We had to go up to the cashier and ask for a tea menu, the scones were dry, the sandwiches were cold and stale like they were premade hours ago. The table settings were sterile and it was way too cafe to even be considered a 'tea' room. The server was most unfriendly, we will definately not be returning.

I came in on a rainy day with my boyfriend and the atmosphere was so welcoming and warm! It was not stuffy or pretentious at all-I was glad that it was not too 'victorian', but rather it was cozy and as casual as I was feeling. The tea was great- the manager gave me a free sample of tea to take home and I'm definitely going back asap!

This is not a traditional tea house, but it is a lovely lunch cafe that is proud to serve tea. Tasteful decor (not at all gaudy like many tea places), and very pleasant service. My mother and I had the Afternoon Tea (off the menu) and added tea - of which they have a very nice selection - they offered to make any of their teas into an iced tea since it was over 100 degrees outside. That was great! The two kinds of sandwiches were tasty - cucumber and a curried chicken salad - the bread was a little on the thick side, but the quantity was amazing! More than enough for two people. The one scone per person wasn't quite enough, but they were tasty - we were served one plain and one raisin, which we cut and split between us. The desserts served were very lacking. I'd avoid those or ask for substitutions. The staff seems very accomodating for different tastes. The menu is varied and interesting. They have a guitarist on Sunday afternoons which from our seat across the room, was very nice. We will definately go again.

I visited the Tea Gardens with my mom & sister, the weekend after Mother's Day '07. It was just lovely inside. We were about 10 min. early, but our 'reserved' table was ready (I pre-ordered a Victorian style tea.) I loved the modern yet Victorian & feminine decor. The windows are huge so lots of light & cheer streams in. Many whole leaf teas available. One we picked is hand-sewn into a little ball. So they bring you a clear glass teapot & show it to you before, so that you can see what happens as it steeps. It opens into a 'blossom' with a pink jasmine flower in the center. The food was delicious, especially the sandwich with pesto. The scones were yummy too, baked in the shape of hearts. Fresh fruit & desserts - all yummy! I am not sure how to describe the atmosphere as I am a bit new to the world of tearooms. It was bustling, but it was a Saturday & many people were just stopping in for lunch or tea & snacks. There were a couple 'parties' as well while we were there. We did not feel caught in the middle of any hustle & bustle, our table was in a corner, but this was great, we were out of the way & our large window looked out into a lovely courtyard. We were served by several of the employees, which was fine by us, we had pre-ordered the menu anyway. One small item was forgotten by the staff, but when we requested it, we received an apology & it quickly arrived at our table. No harm done there in our opinion. The staff was friendly, cheerful & knowledgeable. I look forward to many more hours of quality time with my loved ones at The Tea Gardens.
