I first visited the tea room at My Enchanted Cottage with a couple of ladies I work with. What a wonderful and relaxing afternoon! Everything was delicious. I have since had my daughter's 11th. birtday party there and all 14 girls had a wonderful time. I have been back to purchase tea for myself. Marcela is so friendly and always makes me feel welcome in her store. This is a true gem tucked away in Ridgecrest.

The proprietress Marcela is always lovely & delightful, always welcoming to all who enters. As a member of a group who has been celebrating birthdays at the tearoom for 5 years now, I just cannot imagine going anywhere else to have our gatherings! Whether shopping for specialty tea items, gift ideas or loose teas (soooo many to choose from, but my all-time favorite is French Crème Brulee… so yummy!), or going for the ‘full tea’ lunch, you’ll find what your looking for at Marcela’s My Enchanted Cottage! It's always a pleasure stopping in this wonder shop & tearoom!

What a delightful place to visit and right here in my own hometown. I visited Marcela's tearoom with a friend and no expectations and we both had a wonderful experience, so different than what's normally available in Ridgecrest. The tearoom is cozy, the atmosphere pleasant, and the accompanying shop worth exploring further. I'll be back.

A group of us ladys came up from California City to vist My Enchanted Cottage & Tea Room and I for one was impressed. The food was good with the exception of the scones being on the dry side. The Tea was wonderful and there was plenty of both. I will be makeing the drive again.

Our experience at this lovely little tea house was wonderful, truly a treat for all of us to have in Ridgecrest, we all had the High Tea and it was fabulous, Marcela has lots and lots of teas to choose from, delicious tea sandwiches, very fresh scones always served right out of the oven with marcela's homemade cream and imported jams from england, always wonderful. I would recommend this little treasure in the desert to everyone.

I found the atmosphere at My Enchanted Cottage Pleasant, but was disappointed not only with the scones, which were dry and no cream was served with them. Also the tea sandwiches were very small and just not very good quality, compared to the food served at other teas I have been to, not to mention we were served less than what is offered on the menu. The Ali's tea promises fresh fruit, but ours was canned. The Almond Delight tea was wonderful, and the gift shop was cute, but my overall experience was disappointing. I would not recommend the high tea to others.

I have been to tea parties at My Enchanted Cottage and Tea Room several times in the past. With each visit I am impressed by the fabulous selection of teas that Marcela offers. New types and blends of tea have been added every time I visit. Marcela’s salads, finger sandwiches and sweets are freshly home made and always delicious. My friends and work associates are always well pleased by the friendly service, scrumptious fare and the delightful atmosphere. Tea at My Enchanted Cottage and Tea Room is guaranteed to be an experience one will want to repeat over and over again ~ as I do!

What a cute shop and tea room. My husband and I enjoyed our visit to this tea house! Marcela has taken a very small area and cleverly created a cozy, inviting tea room. Our food was very good, tea was hot, brewed just right and plentyfull. Our desert was a wonderful warm chocolate delight. Her selections of loose leaf teas are wonderful and I have been enjoying my cup of Black Current tea that I purchaced after our tea time. Thank You Mercela!

My Enchanted Cottage & Tea Room is a lovely tea shop with wonderful ambiance both at the doorstep and within. The proprietress, Marcela, has handpainted a beautiful mural in the tea room. She is very talented indeed. The selection of teas is very diverse ranging from Flavored Black Teas to Herbal Tisanes. Organic teas, which are my favorite for taste, are offered as well. I treated my family to the extended tea service which included delicious chicken salad sandwiches, refreshing mesclun salad and most notably the freshly baked scones and absolutely marvelous cream spread. Marcela did a wonderful job orchestrating a delightful tea experience!
