This place has been out of business for a year or more now. I think they closed right after COVID-19 hit (though don't quote me on it).
It was a lovely place, and I hope the owners find a new place to open up.

I miss this place terribly, I always wanted to go to one of their dinner theater performances. I'll always remember the delicious cheddar pear soup, and the memories shared there with loved ones, truly was a wonderful place, for tea or lunch

Unfortunately, they are out of business. 😞 This was a great restaurant with the most excellent view overlooking the Marietta Square. Tiny Bubble below is still open. They have great tea. What more can I say?

You feel welcome from the first because of the staff greetings and attentiveness. Unlike others we visit, they are accomodating to children. Gracious follow up on requests for additional items - condiments. Food is consistently excellent, unique, and generous portions. The only drawback is that you must climb stairs to get there, but it is worth the climb. You also receive a discount in the gift shop if you eat in tea room. The gift shop items are varied and as unique as the tea room selections.

My girlfriend wanted me to experience a new type of lunch in comparison to my daily routine of burgers and fries; so I asked what she wanted to do, and we came across The Vineyard Cafe. I was a little skeptical at first, but come to find out the food was delicious. Also the teas, and pasteries were great. All in all an excellent experience.

I was there on 7/25/09 for my first visit and definitely NOT my last! Our family enjoyed the chicken salad and sweet potato salad the best.

I found this tea house using this tearoom directory and couldn't have been more happy with my experience there. I hosted a surprise baby shower for a friend, and when I called a week ahead, they offered their private room for our small party (5 women). It wasn't overlooking the square like the rest of the restaurant (which was beautiful, btw - I peeked :) ), but the space was absolutely perfect. We ordered the full tea and had a delightful time trying the many different loose teas and using the french presses. Everyone loved the teas (we tried the peach, luscious vanilla, and mint teas). The food was delicious, the service was amazing, and the staff was very accommodating to our needs. The tea room was full of personality around every corner, and the gift shop below was brimming with vintage fun. I was hoping for a unique experience for our unique group, and that's what we got! A whole lot of fun!

Our monthly tea group decided to try this new to us tearoom this weekend. It is a vast improvement over the old Tiffany's - bright and airy. Not at all stuffy/musty. Food was excellent and plentiful. Tea in the french presses, interesting, but didn't hinder our enjoyment of the blends. What I was very disappointed about was that one of our group was a vegetarian and absolutely nothing was done to accommodate her, despite me calling ahead to let them know. While we all got chicken salad on croissant and ham club sandwiches, she was relegated to tiny cucumber sandwiches. Even the mushroom soup was chicken stock based (which again I talked to the owner about) so she couldn't even have that, but they at least offered a salad. With the varied menu they offer for lunch - I would have thought they could do something more. My friend was more than disappointed and had to get lunch afterward somewhere else after paying $20+ for a full parlor tea. Very disappointed.

The food is unique, fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is so cool and has a great view of the park. They have such a large variety of teas which are served in these great french presses and antique tea cups. The service is great and has friendly knowledgable servers. It is a great place to have special occasions and I will tell all my friends and family to visit.

I loved this place!! I came with a blind date and was worried the conversation would be lacking, but the building gave us much to chat about , we enjoyed the large window which we used to 'people' watch LOL and I felt like the waitress was a friend. She was funny and knew alot about the tea menu! We're going back for another date :) :)

The sandwiches we had were truly excellent. The service was not. I couldn't tell you if the tea I ordered was any good because it was not actually served. The girl just dropped off the french press and cup. No attempt was made to serve the tea or explain the french press. Our server asked only once during our meal if everything was okay and that was in passing while cleaning another table. I will not go back nor will I recommend it to anyone I know.

I had heard so much about this tea room that I was excited to try it out. Wrong decision! The tea lacking, greatly. The French presses, while they can be a good idea, have to be done in the right way. The tea was lukewarm and not flavorful at all. On a good note, the scones were wonderful! I was very disappointed in the whole experience.

I was checking out The Vineyard for a possible future event. This is a fantastic cafe/tea room. I had cold peach tea which was wonderful. The tomato basil soup was delicious. The fresh baked scones were fantastic. I definitely want to try the French press when my group visits the Vineyard. I also plan to take my family to visit Marietta Square and we will definitely be dining at the Vineyard!

My first experience at the Vineyard Cafe was like being on vacation. I felt like a stepped back in time. I knew the old building had a history, but every room in the cafe is unique. The front tea room is cozy and fun. Perfect for a special occasion party. But my favorite room in the front room which overlooks the square. The food is homemade, fresh and tastes like nothing I have ever had before. I could have a bowl of their soup everyday. They also have an awesome warm bread pudding that melts in your mouth which goes well with any of the numerous fresh teas they have that they serve in this cool french press. I can't wait to bring my friends.

This is the most amazing tea room and cafe. The food was to good for words! I loved the spinach bites and the Harvest Sandwhich. I have also had the Eggplant panini it was amazing. The deserts rock as well the make the best bread pudding I've have ever put in my mouth. You should try this place!!!!!

I was very disappointed with the tea selections. The food was great, but the tea was not. The service was lacking and the atmosphere was not charming. Overall, I was not impressed. The French Press made the tea very bitter, and our server did not know anything about different teas. I will not be back.

My visit to this new cafe was awesome. They serve loose leaf tea in tea presses. I had a coconut pouchong tea that was very good. It tasted like dessert!! Another perk is that they sell it by the ounce in the gift shop. The atmosphere is very nice. You can sit by the window and overlook Historic Marietta Square. The food was delicious also. I will definately go again!!
