At Socially Tea KC we offer a variety of experiences:

Retail Loose Leaf Tea Shop:

First and foremost we are a retail loose leaf tea shop. This means you can come in, choose any of our available blends and ask for a custom amount to take home with you. Unless otherwise noted, loose leaf teas are sold at $3.95/ounce in increments of 0.5 ounces with a minimum of 1 ounce. For most loose leaf teas, 1 ounce can make 10 standard (6-8 oz) cups of tea. We will weigh and package your tea for you in a reusable paper pouch. Bring this bag back with you the next time you visit so we can refill it, and give you 5% off your entire purchase for that day.

Socially- Enjoying Tea With Others:

Experimenting and enjoying tea with others is also a big part of our mission at Socially Tea KC. You can order any of our available blends as hot tea or iced tea to enjoy in our seating area or take it to-go. Unless otherwise noted, hot and iced tea are $2.95 for a 12 ounce cup and $0.95 for each same day 12 ounce refill. We also offer ‘Tea Flights’! Select any four of our available blends as either a hot or iced tea. Flights are $7.95 for any combination of four sample sized iced or hot teas you would like to taste. Our flights are a great way to try out new teas before purchasing it for your stash at home!

Tea and Tea-ware Education:

Last, but certainly not least, we at Socially Tea KC want to be there to educate and assist our customers. We sell a variety of teaware meant to simplify your at-home tea brewing experience. Tea is a great substitute for coffee, soda, or other sugary drinks, but only if you know where to find it, how to brew it, and what blends you enjoy. We are always happy to demonstrate our kettles, tea makers, and other teaware so you feel confident in your ability to brew and enjoy high quality tea at home in a way that fits your lifestyle. We believe in the superior quality of whole loose leaf tea leaves, but if you are not quite ready to make the jump we offer 20 of our blends as sachets. Our sachets are pyramid shaped and large enough to allow tea to unfurl and produce a quality as close to loose leaf as possible. We sell our sachets in a bag of 15 at a time for $12.75. You can mix and match any of our available sachet flavors to fill the pouch.
