Wonderful store and fantastic customer service. The staff is very knowledgeable, and the store is well kept. They offered samples of both hot and cold teas when I visited over the summer. Highly recommend stopping by.

Love this store. All the teas are well-organized, and it's so easy to find whatever you're looking for. Everyone's always super nice and helpful, and they give free samples when you purchase a certain amount. It's right in the downtown shopping area of Naperville, so easy to venture to other stores as well.

I very much enjoy the teas and the quality they are for the price. All the teas I have purchase have worked great and look slendid and smells great. They offer a large variety of teas and tea related itemed for a good price.

I absolutely love Adagio Teas!! They have my favorite blends for every part of the day! Perfect for gifts for friends or gifting yourself. The sample tins are my favorite way to try them all. Can not say enough about them!

Adagio is my go to tea supplier. I stock up once or twice per year. You can't beat the quality, the price, or the convenient location. If I'm in the area, I always top by even for just a cup of tea if I don't need more tea leaves for home.

I enjoyed going here. The attendant was helpful and kind. We tried the apple chai and the golden monkey.
She smartly threw in some samples which I promptly tried when I got home and ended up liking even better than the flavors I picked!

Great customer service and selection. Fantastic teas, both loose leaf and bagged depending on your preferences. Great blends available on their website to. My go-to tea shop! Hard to drink other teas now!

I have never had such a pleasant tea experience as the first time I came into this store. They know their teas and are eager to help. While you can no longer try teas in store, you can get a sample to take home during these hard times. I thought that was really nice since it costs them extra money to make it "to-go" but they are so wanting to make things great! This they do. Really like the variety of teas they offer and the accessories. Go shop!

Compared to their now online competitor (David’s Tea), they win hands down, in terms of variety and attentiveness.

While I grew to enjoy tea over the years, it wasn't until I found Adagio that I truly fell in love with a beverage I now can't image a single day without. Adagio not only provides diversity, but it also caters to my love of pop culture. I've enjoyed so many wonderful blends I might otherwise not have tried because a familiar character's name or face was attached to it. In addition, Adagio has accessible customer service and plenty of seasonal offerings to ensure that my daily beverage matches the changing seasons and holidays. Highly recommended!

I participated in a tea tasting at this location and it was fabulous! I learned so much about teas and enjoyed tasting all the different varieties. The could not have been nicer; it was a great experience!

The people who work in this store are so knowledgeable about their teas. They really educate the consumer. They will make you samples of any tea you are interested in. I only buy tea from here.
