  Tea room was very nice. Food was delicious. We had made reservations as ours was a group of about 10 ladies. The service was excellent and the servers very polite. Also had a wonderful selection of specialized honey. Some I've never seen before. Definitely would return.

  Excellent food, service was great and they had so many teas to choose from. Was the epitome of what a tea experience should be. Who knew little ol Sandy would have such an amazing place?!

  Celebrated our 16th year anniversary. What a treasure this little tea house is....did not want to write a review cause then when I visit it would be rated by all the tea ladies looking for a great place to have high tea. Absolutely wonderful and the owner is fabulous, the service is impeccable and the food is worth it!

  my experiences at Chariteas has been great! They have wonderful handmade treats, sandwiches, salads, soups, smoothies, and their tea selection is has many different options. I've been going since it opened and only once during opening did they have store bought items. The homemade touch to this store makes the difference and I totally recommend it to anyone driving by hwy 26.

  My daughters took me to tea at Chariteas for Mother's day, 2010.

  We had a wonderful time. Charity is very very knowledgeable regarding teas, and I believe travels to various countries, learning about and buying tea. The scones were very good. The tea was fabulous! Since the desserts were very small, I would have liked to have seen two desserts for each person served tea. The sandwiches were very good, and we went away full.

  I was interested in getting high tea with a friend and noticed they had store bought cake included. Personally I want to pay for quality homemade not store bought. The tea was good and I just had a few muffins instead. They were fine. Staff was friendly. =)

  It's small, but very nice I had High Tea with my granddaughter. We both liked it very much. Now we want to try the lunch. They have special events. Give them a try.
