We hosted a baby shower here and it was wonderful. Beautifully decorated, warm and cozy on a chilly winter day. It was perfect. And then we we served the teas and meal. Delicious is an understatement! Everything was truly amazing. And, Denise was so helpful in planning the food and gave wonderful guidance on the tea selection. She is a master of teas and was a joy to work with.

We had my daughter's bridal tea at Gregory's Vineyard with Cornerstone tea providing everything we could have wanted! The food was fabulous, the tea divine and the service was impeccable. Everyone relaxed as Denise kicked off the shower and it was extremely enjoyable. My daughter felt like a princess and couldn't have had a more wonderful shower.

I had a very exceptional visit to the Gregory Vineyard where Cornerstone hosted an open house I did so much of my holiday shopping and had a delightful lunch experience with my sister. Denise and her family are so friendly. Can't wait for my daughter's baby shower Denise will do for us.

The owner worked with me to reschedule a bridal shower since our original date was affected by a hurricane. She let me wait it out until the last possible second before switching days and managed to squeeze us in on another day. We didn't feel rushed and the bride received a lot of special attention. The food was amazing! The smell and taste of those rosemary parmesan shortbread cookies was out of this world and my co-host couldn't stop talking about the scones. Everyone agreed the shower was beautiful and I can't take any credit...Denise and her staff did 99% of the work including the set up and break down as well as carrying all the gifts to the bride's car. And I don't want to forget the tea, I was only able to sample two of them between chatting and hosting the party but both the Blood Orange and the Ginger Peach were very good. I think some of the guests tried some new items today they would have never selected on their own.

I recently hosted a bridal shower at Cornerstone tea and we had a fantastic experience. The teas (especially the iced strawberry) were amazing and the food was delicious. Most importantly, Denise and staff were very friendly, attentive and went above and beyond to make this a special day for my sister. Please visit this tea room!

I recently visited Cornerstone Tea for a birthday celebration and we had a wonderful time yet again. Honeybush Apricot is my new favorite tea. The service and food was wonderful. We tried the sweet rolls for the first time and they were wonderful. I have a food allergy to nuts which I discussed in advance with Ms. Denise, so she made sure to not use nuts in our food. Stephanie did a wonderful job explaining the tea flavors to the ladies who had never visited Cornerstone Tea. The atmosphere is very laid back and relaxing. We look forward to returning to Cornerstone Tea!

My friend took me to Cornerstone for my birthday. It was very relaxing, and the food was great. The teas we tried were divine, my favorite being the Honeybush Apricot and the Irish breakfast tea a close second. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I'm hoping to take my mom and brother there during the holidays.

I was looking for a special place for my Sister's baby shower and I found it in Cornerstone Tea!
I visted prior to the shower with my 8 year old son and I knew this was the place for us. They took their time to explain the menu and the tea options. They even brewed a pot of tea just for my son and let him help brew it. Not only that, but they even made a special PBJ finger sandwich especially for him!
Denise made the arrangements with ease leading up to the shower making sure to touch on every detail to make this special for my sister.
She was wonderful with our large group, including my Grandmother with a walker, while never loosing the cozy feel.
The food was amazing and the tea was divine! The Parmesean cookies and the scones will make your mouth water and the cupcake flavors are fabulous.
Everyone had such a great time and loved Denise's special touches. I can't thank them enough for making us feel like family. They are amazing people and never once made us feel rushed with timing of the shower. They even took additional time to help us load our cars when it was time to go.
People and places like this are hard to find and it meant so much to me for them to make it so special.
I can't wait to go back with my girlfriends and my son to experience all that Cornerstone has to offer...again and again!
Thank you Denise, Stephanie and family!

My sister & I took our mother there for a special Mother's Day Tea. It was a 'heavenly' experience! The service, food, and atmosphere were truly exceptional! We were treated like 'royalty' in Ruth's Room. The tea was divine, the food delicious and the staff truly make you feel like family! This relaxing retreat is one I will enjoy often. I am so glad we have this wonderful Tea Room in Garner, so we can experience this as often as we like! Would highly recommend this lovely tea room for any occasion as well as for a catering!

The moment I walked in to set up our reservation I felt welcomed and well cared for. I was looking for an opportunity for my students to have the chance to practice good manners in a friendly environment. Cornerstone Tea was the perfect choice. We savored a very special tea time in the lovely Ruth Room. The food and teas were delicious and there was plenty, so much that we even boxed up the left-overs. Our entire party was thrilled with the memorable time we enjoyed at the Cornerstone Tea. I highly recommend this wonderful establishment.

I visited the Cornerstone Tea teahouse today, as I had business in Garner, NC. I was a bit hesitant to dine-in at first, as I was a solo diner, and attribute teahouses to friends sharing a long lunch together. Denise, Stephanie and Sawyer put me at ease as soon as I entered!
I did not have a reservation, but luckily there was space for me in the Rose Room. I had their Easter Menu and everything was divine. If I had to pick a favorite, it was the rosemary parmesean shortbread cookies. I was lucky that they were also available for sale individually, and was able to purchase some on my way out for my family.
Sawyer and Denise waited on me, and their knowledge of tea was outstanding. Stephanie also helped by suggesting different teas and allowing me to smell them. Her knowledge of herbs is impressive, and the fresh rosemary used in the cookies gave them a lovely aroma. Sawyer's recommendation for the Blood Orange tea (which I had iced) was excellent! I started with a cup of iced White Symphony, which I find extremely light and crisp. I would recommend it for those with sensitive palates.
I hope to dine at the Cornerstone Tea teahouse again in the future with friends. I know it will be my favorite place to have lunch when I'm in Garner- even when I'm there solo!
