During the 2008 Taste of Palestine we took home first place. We invite you to stop on in sometime to find out why, you wont be disappointed. We host many different special luncheons and private parties at Madeline's. Just to name a few, we welcome:

      My daughter and I drive from Houston to Palestine several times a year just to have lunch at Madeline's Tea Room. The food is excellent and Madeline is such a fun hostess.

      So glad to have found this little treasure! The food is exceptional and there's plenty of it! The owner gives a lot of creative attention to detail in the food's presentation. Reasonably priced. Very hospitable ladies; owner and server were both very enthusiastic and personable. This little business deserves many years of success. Please put it on your Palestine 'To Do' list!

      The four of us celebrated three birthdays and were wonderfully treated in such a special way by the owner! She made us feel that we were all so special. What a serendipity experience! A birthday to remember!

      We have been several times to Madeline's Tea Room and we have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The food is delicious and the desserts are amazing! Madeline makes an awesome Tortilla Soup! The Tea Room is charming, and we cannot wait to go back.

      I took my daughter, daughter-in-law, step daughter and two grand daughters for tea. We had a delightful time from choosing our hats to wear until choosing our desert. Mary gave tips of lady etiquette to grand daughters having their first tea. Unique and delightful atmosphere! I took my neighbor for her 88th birthday, she had a wonderful time and enjoyed Mary's own recipe of chicken salad and her delicious scones with lemon curd sauce. My husband took me there for a special candle light steak dinner on valentines day. Not my husbands cup of tea, but the steak was delicious. For a ladies day out its perfect!
