Our afternoon tea was a delightful experience. Debbie, you and your sister made our group feel as if we were your old friends, who had dropped by for afternoon tea. The food was delectable and the teas refreshing. Thank you for a most enjoyable afternoon

We had a wonderful Bridesmaid's Luncheon for my soon-to-be sister in law at Rosebriar. We had iced tea and a lunch with a variety of foods I had never tried before. The service was excellent, very warm and friendly, we even recieved hugs before we left. Beautiful!

I was at a luncheon this last Thursday and it was just wonderful. From the Tomato Bisque (served in a beautiful tea cup, Spinach & Chicken Braid and incredible desserts the day was fabulous. The victorian surrondings made it a beaufiful place to visit with friends. Debbie added a wonderful reading of 'southern' sayins'' which made it even more delightful. It was definatley a warm inviting feeling. I would recommend it to anyone.

I have had many occasions through the past ten years to give luncheons and teas at Rosebriar. I,along with all my many friends and guests, have always found the experience of Rosebriar delightful in every detail. The food is incredible and the hospitality is true Southern. Each and every guest feels the warm welcome of this quaint and beautiful setting and I cannot think of a better place to entertain or a better hostess than Debbie Sisk.

Step back in time... into a peroid of grace and charm when you enter the Rosebrair Dining Teahouse. Antiques, fine china, silver flatware, and cloth napkins added to the ambience of the delicious lunch I enjoyed. Little touches were not over looked including fresh flowers and a pansy bloom on each plate. Well worth the drive.

The Rosebriar was the most amazing experience and I plan to recommend it to my friends and family. The food was fabulous and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I had a wonderful time and it is a great place for mothers of the bride and groom to meet for the first time!! Highly recommend!

Meeting my son's future mother-in-law for the first time was made much easier and very comfortable with Debbie telling a lovely Valentine's story. The food was excellent and great for conversation. It made for a memorable occasion for my future daughter-in-law, her mother, and me.

If you are looking for an excellent dining experience in a sophisticated, yet laid back, 'turn of the century' atmosphere, Rosebriar should most definately be your next destination. You will be so impressed with the cuisine presentation, and attention to detail, that you will want to pick up a copy of Debbie's own cookbook, before leaving. This is where you will find all of those wonderful recipes searved at Rosebriar. Maybe I'll see you there on my next visit.

The food is not only outstanding but the presentation is incredible. I also appreciate the tender loving care which the owner/hostess cares for her guest learning their names and interesting facts about their lives. I am always looking for an opportunity to return to Rosebriar. I love to tell everyone about it so they too can add an awesome memory to their tea experiences.
