I've had tea time, lunch, and just dessert here. I also hosted my sister's bridal luncheon here a few years back. Great food and the staff was very accommodating of our changing schedule, which I know was challenging for them. Nonetheless, everything was prepared exactly as ordered and it was all delicious! A good tea selection and great food; this is a wonderful place to meet friends and catch up. I try to go every time I visit Auburndale.

I visited this Tea Room Twice. Enjoyed the atmosphere..It had different rooms sectioned off with different themes. Nice! Desserts are Yummy. Wasn`t pleased with quiche we had. But noticed alot of customers who ordered other things.. they seemed happy. I went in summer first time so maybe the cook was having a bad day. We did enjoy our tea presentation and the quiet atmosphere though.

My group of girls and I travel to many places to have tea and I was very pleased with Magnolia Tea Room. The chicken salad is great, the service was fantastic and friendly. I also like that you can come in just for lunch and don't need a reservation like some snobby places. The only drawback is that I found the high tea a little too 'fancy', I just like traditional tea sandwiches & scones, not all the fancy additions that Magnolia tea Room offers.

My daughter and I were escaping life for a few days and decided that an afternoon tea was needed on the way to our hideaway. We found Magnolia Tea Room on the internet and decided to give it a try. The atmosphere was beautiful and quaint. The service was extremely helpful and knowledgable but the food... what a dream! The chicken casserole...YUM! But the scones were so addictive that we unsuccessfully tried to buy the rest 'to go'. We continued on our way but made a detour on the way home to stop and pick up 2 dozen scones (and the clotted cream) for home. We had called ahead with our order and everything was packaged carefully and waiting for us with a big bow! The clotted cream was double packaged in styrofoam and then ice and stayed cold for the 2 hour trip. We will be returning SOON!

A special tea every day but a very large assortment of choices. Very friendly waitresses. Comfortable atomosphere. Never a rushed feeling. Some of the best salad I've ever had. The broccoli salad is to die for. The cheesy chicken crunch is scrumptious as well as all the deserts. I've been there many times and never been disappointed. The deorations are lovely. And the restaurant is expanding.

We had such a great time. We acted just like little kids dressing up in all the fun hats. scarfs, and boas. When we went we were 2 of the only ppl there and it was a wonderful experience overall!!
