I have been to this tearoom on several occasions with family and friends. It has wonderful atmosphere, food and service. I highly recommend you visit. We could not have loved it more and have many fond memories of our time there. I look forward to having tea there again soon. I also enjoy their wide selection of loose teas to purchase.

I have been to the tea parlor on three occasions and always had a wonderful experience. The food was devine and made me feel spoiled and the variety of teas was wonderful. I would have loved to spend every birthday there with girlfriends. Plus my daughters are at an age where they would have loved the 'tea party' experience. Elaine you are sweet as the sugar that I put in my tea. Please know that your business is a blessing to Crestview. I will miss you as we are now stationed in Colorado Springs.

We enjoyed our first visit to the Ivy Leaf Tea Parlor. The welcome was warm, the service excellent, the tea wonderful and the table service as lovely as one could want.
Having been to several tea rooms around the country, I do feel it was a bit overpriced for what was offered. The chicken croissant was large and filling but not 'daintily tea like' in my opinion.
In all, it was a very nice visit and I will venture back again for a second visit.

I have been to tea rooms in Las Vegas (The four Season's Hotel in Mandalay Bay), Magnolia and Ivy (SanDestin, Florida), and The Empress Tea Room (Tampa, Florida) just to name a few and I can honestly say this is one of the very best. I live 20 miles south of Crestview and make the trip there two to three times a month just to go to tea at the Ivy Leaf. Elaine (the owner) and Robin (one of the hostesses) ALWAYS make my visit a wonderful and relaxing time for me. The choice of teas (blacks, greens, and herbals) is outstanding! My personal favorites are the Bavarian Chocolate, the Japanese Sweet Cherry Blossom, and the Precious Pear. The scones are to die for. They are so light and moist they practically melt in your mouth! They are served with mock clotted cream and lemon curd and if you want more all you have to do is ask! Elaine always has different flavored scones being served nearly every time I am there. The fruit cup is outstanding (with seasonal fruits) no matter what time of year you go there. If you have the Queen's Tea I promise you, you will not find a better soup, salad, or quiche anywhere, and for the Light Afternoon Tea the chicken salad croissants are very good too. Yes, the dessert servings are small (2 bites each) but you get three of them!! After a full pot of tea, the scone, the fruit cup, and the chicken salad croissant (Light Afternoon tea) or the soup, salad, quiche, and three savory tea sandwiches (the Queens' Tea)I very rarely can even eat just one of the desserts, let alone all three and usally end up asking for a to go bag. I don't see how anyone could complain they didn't receive enough to eat. This is a wonderful Tea Room and gift shop! If you are within driving distance and don't visit the Ivy Leaf you are missing out on a real treat!! Just tell Elaine, 'Sue sent me!!'

I have enjoyed several Royal Tea Parties, with family and friends, at the Ivy Leaf Tea parlor and we have thoroughly enjoyed each one.
The atmosphere is relaxing, the service is impecable and the food delicious. I do not live in Crestview, but I plan on returning real soon for another wonderful experience.

What a beautiful place to enjoy tea! My experience at The Ivy Leaf Tea Parlor was wonderful. The service, tea, and food were excellent. They have a wide variety of teas to choose from and loose tea can be packaged to bring home. The tiered tray of food brought to the table was beautiful with more than enough food. I would highly recommend this tearoom and can't wait to return myself.

I recently had the pleasure of having tea with my mother and niece on two separate occasions at the Ivy Leaf Tea Parlor. I am not a novice to tearooms and enjoy having and expecting the best of service, tea, and food. I was not disappointed and quite delighted to have found such a place that could offer everything a proper tearoom should have. The rooms are adorned with tea related items and offer spaces that give you an intimate private experience. I throughly enjoyed the fine selection of teas as well as the exceptional service. I can also say that I was not able to finish all the food that was on the trays. They also have a great gift room that I indulged in and added to my collections. I definitly am looking forward to my next vist.

We were very disappointed at the lack of food we were served for $19.99 each. There was 1 tiered tray for 3 of us, and for basically $60 we left hungry. It was the smallest serving of dessert I have ever seen. Sam's Club gives more dessert than we received. Also, the web site doesn't say the lunch is not available on Saturday and that is why we went.
The server's kept asking if they could get anything else, which was a pointless question when it was obvious we had received all they normally serve.

This is the best tea parlor ever. I took my mother there today and had lunch and we had the best time looking at everything and chatting. I could have stayed there all day!

A dear friend took me to lunch at the Ivy Leaf Tea Parlor for my birthday. We had tea on the porch, with wind chimes for our music and a gentle breeze to relax us as we enjoyed a wonderful squash soup, quiche and the most scrumptous rum cake I've ever tasted! The ladies at the Ivy Leaf Tea Parlor are always very attentive. My friend and I enjoy browsing the many tea items they offer and we are usually already planning our next trip for tea as we are leaving!

I had the great opportunity to sample the tea service at a catered event at a nearby church last year. After that night, I fell in love with the place, and I hadn't even seen it yet. So I took my friend to the actual parlor and was served as if I was royalty. Thist is a treasure that must not be missed.

We are residents of FL who live nearby and have visited Ivy Leaf Tea Parlor on numerous occasions. The most recent visit was December 29, 2007 in which we introduced our 18 year old niece to the tea room experience - she loved it!!! The service is outstanding at this establishment and has been every time we have visited - 4 times to date. My 9 year old daughter loves the dress-up items offered, as does my 14 year old daughter, my mother, and sister. I go for the tea, food, and outstanding service :) The food, tea selection, atmosphere (beautifully decorated and relaxing), and service are all excellent. Thank you ladies at Ivy Leaf for making our tea time so special every time!!!!

I've had several tea dates with friends and family. All of them have been wonderful, except my last experience this past weekend. The hostility of the host ruined the entire experience for me. Everything was fine until checkout. When I checkout I'm greeted with 'I don't know WHO you spoke to, but we DO add a 20% gratuity to the bill.' I have NEVER said a word about gratuity, again, I've had several teas there, and I don't have a problem paying gratuity. She must have mistaken me for another guest, but I was horribly embarrassed in front of the other customers/friends. I politely explained that I never questioned the additional 20%, she must have me mistaken. She never apologised. I will never arrange or participate in another tea at this location. I need to buy 10 teasets as gifts this year, and she lost out on business. I do plan on sending a copy of my receipt for my Christmas purchases to the tea shop as proof of the business they lost due to their poor customer service skills.

My granddaughter and I enjoyed a lovely afternoon together at the Ivy Leaf Tea Parlor. The atmosphere was charming with beautiful background music. The food was very good and well presented. The gift shop had a nice variety of lovely items to choose from. We will certainly be back.

I have visited your tea room many times. I have been there several times with my Red Hat Sister and we have enjoyed a wonderful time on each visit. My sister & I have meet there for lunch about 3 or 4 times and we really enjoy the relaxing time together that we have every time.
Wonderful food, tea & a great gift shop.

It was a rainy dreary day, however our spirits were lifted after spending a a couple of hours at Ivy Leaf Tearoom with Robin and her staff. Wonderful table presentation, good knowledge of the teas offered, and the food was very tasty and well presented. Very detail oriented---placing bell at table in case we would be in need of any service, placed the napkin upon each of our laps after filling our teacup. The food was not excedingly rich that you left with a uncomfortable feeling. Well priced. I would be proud to invite guests again to this tearoom .Than you for a cherry day inspite of the weather. Lovely gift shop which is an added bonus for most tea enthusiasts.

Has the greatest high tea! The food and tea are the best that I have ever had and have been there many times just wish we had not moved to Arizona! I miss the tea and the warm and friendly people who work there!

Wonderful Tea Parlor! You can definitely feel the love and care that went into making this a beautiful place to visit. The service was great and the food fabulous. The retail shop offers some hard to find pieces for the Tea Party enthusiast as well. If you like taking Tea, this is a must visit! I actually got my husband to come with me and he really enjoyed it.

What a nice experience! The building, a 1940s home, has been lovingly restored & decorated.
The selection of teas is excellent. The 'Light Afternoon Tea' is delicious [I love the trace of peppermint in the scones], although what is given as 'clotted cream' is NOT clotted cream.
Service is discreeet, but very good.
We're anxious to return!

This tea Parlor was my first experience with tea. I am hooked! Where else can you get totally pampered for 2 1/2 hours and only pay $15? A once a month must! I have moved from Crestview and miss The Ivy Leaf Tea Parlor.
