When I visit Orlando, I make sure to visit this spot. I love it! The tea is wonderfully prepared, with a timer based on the color/type. Local honey is available. Special requests are catered to - lots of vegetarian options available and they all taste great! Service is cheerful and helpful. I love the shop that is part of the tearoom, featuring local artists work. Great spot and worth your drive!

I go here with my friends at least once a week. The staff is sooo nice and the food is AMAZING. Try the nut and honey wrap.

This is a true tea house at its best! Not only do they offer an unmatched variety of loose leaf teas, including many rare teas, as well as seasonal and custom blends, they brew it to perfection! The food rocks, the staff is very knowledgeable, and the tea and tea service cannot be beat!

Today I called in my order and paid for it over the phone with my credit card. When I got there, not only was it ready, but the owner *brought it out to my car* because I had mentioned on the phone I was in a hurry and had my kids with me. Where else but this lovely family-owned cafe would you get that kind of service? I'll be back, again and again! Also, love the new desserts.

One of my favorite hangouts. With great salads and wraps, wifi and chair massage, who wouldn't want to chill? Also my book club loves to meet here too.

Wonderful, modern organic tearoom in downtown Orlando. Enjoy your meal. The day we were there, the service from the counter person was mediocre at best but the food was fantastic. You can read my full review here: http://lancearoundorlando.com/2010/01/19/tea-time-an-infusion-of-good-vibes/

I love it here. I never know what tea to get because they have so many and the food is outstanding. Being a vegetarian, it's hard to find quality vegetarian food at restaurants and the sandwiches are pretty good. I've always encountered friendly staff and have never had a problem. The atmosphere is very hip and trendy with a little jewelery and knick-knack shop attached. It's just a good and relaxing place.

Hip, Trendy, Retro Decor. Tea is delicious and not served in with the traditional teapot and cups. You actually get your own individual oversized glass mug. I gave rated food as lacking because my guest and I ordered there equilivent to high tea and the scones were very dry and there was chocolate chip cookies on the plate as the dessert. Not really what I was looking forward to.

this is one of the best cafes in orlando, with super-fresh and super-yummy food and and a knowledgeable and friendly staff. Thank you very much for providing such a high quality alternative to the status quo. Also, when you decide to expand, could you open your next store at the corner of Howell Branch and Lake Howell Drive? thanks in advance.

After reading about Infusion online, and having never been to a tea house before, I came in not knowing what to expect, but hopeful that my experience would be a memorable one. I was not disappointed! The walls were lined with tea and tea accessories, and the atmosphere was cozy and warm. Decorations are charmingly modern, and almost everything that could be seen could also be bought. My family and I were immediately greeted by Andrew, Infusion's tea manager, and he was friendly and knowledgeable throughout our two and a half hour stay. It was wonderful to find a place that really knows tea, and the selection is vast. Andrew helped each of us decide on which tea to choose by bringing out samples, and I just had to go for the Silver Needle, while my brother went for the Dragon Well and parents the Blueberry Green Tea. All three were fresh and absolutely delicious, and my white tea lived up to its famed name with ease. Gentle, delicate, yet with substance, and a sweet aftertaste that danced upon the tongue. The Dragon Well was nutty and slightly grassy, a pleasure to be savored slowly. The Blueberry Green Tea had a heavenly aroma, and while the fruit taste itself was much lighter, it complemented the green tea perfectly. The cups thrmselves are wide-rimmed, and you definitely get your money's worth, especially if you're interested in sampling. Our tea timer was comprised of three hourglasses filled with green, white and red sand, a creative way to measure the steeping length at 3, 4, and 5 minutes respectively. While our tea steeped and cooled, we browsed around and found so many little treasures, whether tea cups or tea samples, whole sets or flavor sticks. Not only was the tea itself delightful, but so was the food. The Avocado Delight, Veggie Burger Wrap, and Fruit & Cheese platter were ordered. Wow! Our portions were impressively generous, and it all tasted fresh. We took a bit from eachother's plates, and I would order any one of the three time and time again. During the meal, Andrew offered to resteep our leaves, which was gladly accepted, and I ended up mixing the Blueberry Green with my Silver Needle for a sublime treat. After our bellies were already stuffed, we split a decadent and buttery slice of apple pie, which finished off a perfect evening. I was even invited to the upcoming Gong Fu tea gathering in February! A treasure in Orlando, you don't want to miss this. I plan on stopping by regularly.

Infusion is what made me start liking tea in the first place. It is amazing. If it was closer to where I live, I'd go there all the time.
There are a few teas that are my staples, but every time I go there, I want to try and smell new varieties.
The food is really good there too. It's always fresh and tasty. The staff is awesome. What more can I say?

In the many times I've visited Infusion, I've yet consume food less than Excellent or tea less than Superb. These people actually know tea. In fact, I recently learned that the owners require tea training for all employees as well as financially endorse their traveling far to further their tea education.
The owners are low-key, open to suggestion and keep a close watch on what customers want. Their menu even displays examples of employees' personal recipes. The atmosphere and attiture is inclusive and warm, though very well air conditioned. : )
Unlike another establishment in town that waves a desperate chartreuse flag to attract attention, Infusion has tastefully delivered the best service, selection and tea expertise since opening day.
Thank you so much for existing!!!

Nothing special about this tea room. Its just like any other store that serves teas that are years old. So bad choice of teas that you just can't believe. I'd gone there with my mother & I feel sorry for her. I wish they would get some fresh teas & dump the ones that they have!
