Deepwood is a historic home museum in Salem, several times a month they serve the only traditional tea I know of in the city. The food is catered (and excellent) several courses and served by Deepwood staff and volunteers. You eat off real china in the house diningroom and parlor. I have never seen its equal for service or ambiance. Many guests dress in the theme of the event or historic costume and that adds to the fun. A short home tour is available after the tea. Sometime there are themed teas with entertainment or a short lecture (always upgrade and fun).
