Compared to Adagios selection, this is pretty basic. The teas that I received were loose leaf but had many crumbs, most noticeable in the silver needle. The taste was also of lesser quality than what I prefer. Apparently some employees left unannounced and service was slow

While I do love this tea house, and I've come to it both with my sisters and scheduled a full San Antonio Geek Girl Brunch here, I find it a little crowded, the service often slow, and the layout with all the resale shops a bit cumbersome to get through when you simply want to meet for tea and not the hawking of wares.

Inside is a antique stores that doesn’t have any attendants at each stations. However, the antiques are usually hand crafted which is interesting. The tea shop itself is all the way in the back. The teas we tried were okay. But won’t really recommend
