Although not a tea room, Mauna Kea Tea offers a unique tea experience. My family enjoyed a private guided tour of the organic tea garden. We were able to walk among the tea bushes and learn about the varieties of tea. Following the tour, we experienced a delightful tea tasting of 4 different teas. It was quite an educational experience, sampling exceptional tea grown in the US, and a wonderful culmination to our vacation in HI. Don't miss the opportunity to tour this tea garden.
