Great atmosphere! It's great to see such an excellent place to celebrate Mother's Day. My 83 year old Mom was delighted, and well pleased with the service, and selection of Teas. Her favorite is peppermint. The supper club featuring Carol Broughton, and Patrick Paladian was super cool. Open Mic night with the authors, poets, and live band is really a treat. It's a place to take a special person/date!!!

I'd taken my family there for my daughter's 5th Birthday, just something to do because it fell on a Monday this year. The host was fantastic and spontaneous when they brought out a cake singing 'Happy Birthday'. The look on my daughter's face was definitely one of those priceless moments. Tranquili Tea gets two thumbs up.

Just blocks away from the Crayola Factory and Nat'l Canal Museum is this wonderful little tea gem. My daughter and I were warmly welcomed by one of the owners, Judy. The setting is, as the name implies, tranquil, to say the least. The warm tones and smell of warming tea relax you the moment you step into Tranquilitea. The food was delicious, tea - perfect (nice selection), and the service, well, the friendliest, most attentive, and timely I've had in a long time at any restaurant/tea house. My young daugther, who was a bit antsy at the time, was walked over to the book area and picked out some great books, appropriate for her age (4) and it kept her occupied long enough for her food to be prepared and presented. 'Mommy, The chicken soup is DELICIOUS!' Coming from a very picky 4 year old, that'a a major compliment.
You have to try the Sweet Potato pie... It's delish! Be sure to say hello to Judy and Jasmine, they were wonderful and we can't wait to go back to Tranquilitea. It is so worth the trip!

My sister and I brought our 6 nieces ranging in age from 4-13 to the tearoom for a tea party as an Easter gift. They had a wonderful time. The staff was really great and the tea and food were delicious. My sister had been to the tearoom before but I had not. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you to everyone at TranquiliTea House!

The TranquiliTea house in Easton is my new favorite spot to enjoy a relaxing evening away from work... the environment is lovely, and the people who work there are genuinely polite... they go out of their way to make each customer feel appreciated. The quality of food and tea are excellent as well! I love this place!

I experienced a warm, and charming urban experience in tea in the afternoon. I visited this new teashouse in Easton during the weeekend of the Berks Jazz Fest. The shop colors were warm and inviting. The staff was fun, friendly and very knowledgeable about the different tea offerings. This was a 5 in my book. I can't say enough about the food and tea chefs. They were phenomenal! I can't wait to go back there with my adult daughters and my granddaughter. We enjoy tea drinking.

My sister and I celebrated our mother's birthday at this lovely tea house this past weekend, and we had such a wonderful time. The service was the most pleasant, favorable and endearing that I've ever been bestowed upon. The owner and her family were such wonderful hosts to an enjoyable day; from the meals, to the setting, to the suggestive offerings and thoughtful ideas, along with a surprise birthday cake accompanied by the most beautiful, quartet harmony (sung by the owners) as to which we did not ask for such a thoughtful idea - it was sure a day to remember. Thank you TranquiliTea House for helping us celebrate our mother’s birthday; it was absolutely marvelous!

I've been there a couple of times and each was a delight. One of the best things about this little jewel is the hours. They are geared towards the theater-goer. Open before and after shows it's the perfect place to grab a bite and talk about the show if you don't want the evening to end or don't want to wait in your car while the parking deck clears out. Within walking distance from the State Theatre it has become a favorite watering hole for employees who have had the pleasure of going there.

I ate here with my mom and sister on Jan 23, 2009. From the moment you walk through the door, you feel at home. A gentleman named Carl welcomed us as we walked through the door and asked if we had ever been there before. He then proceeded to give us a tour of the restaurant. The downstairs is a terracotta color and he walked us up a winding staircast to the upstairs to show us the room for private parties and/or overflow when crowded. We chose our table (anywhere we wanted) and he told us that his daughter Jada would be taking care of us. We ordered the 'Sweetheart Tea' (a tea with a blend of strawberry and chocolate flavors) and each got a sandwich. I got a tomato bisque soup and my mom got a salad as well. From tea to sandwich it was a hit. Food was excellent, atmosphere off the charts and the service was fabulous. It's nice to see such a cute local business that is family owned. I will definately be back!
