      Love the atmosphere of this place - take that, Starbucks! XD You can totally tuck in with a houseblend tea and pastry on a brass Indian table and hang out for a while with your friends, no loud music

      Very lovely atmosphere. Tea selection is wonderful. you do have to ask pretty firmly for sugar if you want it. but it could be just because they are purists in that sense.

      I love Capital Tea. The owner and every member of staff is extremely sweet. They are considerate and pleasant, and they have excellent teas, with over 100 to choose from. You can also buy a teapot, tea warmer, etc. They also have a delicious array of sandwiches, tea cookies, and little baked goods.

      This is my favorite spot to schedule an afternoon tea party as well.

      This was a gem of a find...just happened upon it and had a lovely meal and a great cup of tea. The owner, Lisa, is a delight and very friendly. The sandwiches were wonderful, fresh and a great variety. Felt like we were in a little Euro cafe!

      On a recent Saturday, my friend, Linda, and I enjoyed a very nice, tasty lunch. Nice variety of tea and food. We both were there for the first time, and found it to be very casual, relaxing and enjoyable. No rush to leave. Very friendly, quick service. Comfortable seating. Thanks.
