Very sweet people and a very nice selection of teas. Sniffer tins for ll the teas and some samples available. They'll brew you a cup hot or cold for 1-2 dollars depending on the tea you choose! No food available.

I will admit that my initial (but not lasting!) impression of Fava was 'stuffy.' I entered the store with my two small children and thought they seemed a little cool and that perhaps they weren't keen on having kids in their store. However, this impression was instantly changed when I asked for help. I was astounded at how spot-on the staff was at finding a tea to suit my tastes. It was clear to me that they all enjoy their jobs very much and that they know a great deal about their product.

I also appreciated that the staff had opinions (in both directions) about which teas THEY preferred, yet they had specific reasons to back up these opinions that I found very helpful.

Not only was the staff very helpful, but Fava's teas are magnificent! If you are not sure where to start, I would recommend either asking for help or choosing a tea labeled 'Top Seller.' I have not yet been disappointed by any of my tea selections.

The only problem? I live 45 minutes away!

I've been a Fava Fan for over two years now. I enjoy the teas as much as I enjoy shopping for them. No matter what kind of day I'm having, I'm always in a better mood when I leave there...and I always have a treat or two in-hand! While I would not be so foolish as to say that any place is for everyone, I would say without hesitation that Fava Tea Company IS for everyone who likes to smile and discover the amazing teas. Seriously, if you can leave Fava in a bad mood, you should accept that you're just a grump and go get a coffee!

Dear Fava Tea - I have been offering Tea to my clients during consultions for quite some time now. Instead of soda that is normally offerd I have the opportunity to offer hot/cold tea and water. It's healthy, refreshing and my clients love it. Thank you for great service and informational updates on new flavors. We all love FAVA TEA!!

Talk about customer no-service! My husband and I walked into Fava Tea Company interested in learning more about tea and making our first purchase. Immediately upon entry, the manager said something to the effect of 'we better know what we want, because the store was closing soon.' No friendly greeting or anything. Then, she asked in a very snotty manner if we were 'even tea drinkers.' We were so disgusted with our treatment that we abruptly turned and left. We will spend our money elsewhere.

Thank you Fava Tea and your store associates. My best friend came into your store knowing that she can't go wrong with any purchase and my favorites are stored in the computer. Katie asked (the lady with long hair, sorry I forgot her name)for help making flavor selections.

Katie walked out with a BUFFET of tea flavors. And the best part is, as the story was told to me, that your store associate knew enough about what I drink and how I drink it - that she made a comment to Katie about it. 'She drinks some of these hot and some of them cold - so you will have her set up for anything she might want on a given day'

I love Fava Tea. The staff is so friendly and helpful and the selection is excellent. I was new to the whole tea experience and not once, did I ever feel looked down upon because I didn't know anything about tea.

Stopping in at Fava Tea is something I do on a regular basis. I enjoy their daily samples and the extensive variety. I also love the personal service and caring attitude. Their business is obviously run with integrity and class. Love it!

The variety and service at Fava Tea were amazing. Bought several kinds of rooibos tea (vanilla, sleepy time, carrot cake, lemon meringue). Love them all. Found the knowledge and the service of the staff to be extremely helpful.

I absolutely love Fava Tea. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the people are extremely warm, helpful and friendly. The selection of teas are fantastic. I love how they make recommendations based off of what I have bought in the past.

I have been drinking tea for almost all my life and have been at many cafes and tea shops-- this is the best I have ever been to! Many different loose and sachet teas to choose from and the staff is really easy to talk to and know their stuff. Not like going to coffee shops or other places that 'side-line' in teas-- this is just tea, baby. Also like their fair trade and organic selection.

Fava is an amazing place for tea and they provide excellent service. Tell them what you drink and they'll direct you to a tea you'll love. The variety of tea is simply wonderful and their tea wares are always high quality and change often. I've been going since they opened, and I have quite a collection of tea now. There is nothing like loose leaf tea when it comes to taste! Their environment is really casual and you can take all the time you need to pick out the perfect tea.

FAVA has an amazing selection of over 300 varieties of Tea!!There are options that will help you kickstart your morning, and some that will help you relax after a long day. There are selections to sooth a sore throat, and even some to help recover from a late night out!! Tell Mellisa and her staff what it is that you are looking for, and I assure you that they will go above and beyond to make sure you leave with what you need.

The variety of tea is amazing. If you do not consider yourself a 'tea person' you have not found the right tea yet. There are so many options available to fit anyone's taste. The service and quality are always top notch. All the employees are very helpful and give great advice on how to brew the specific tea you are purchasing.

I was not aware of the great diversity of choices in tea, or the healthful benefits from drinking tea. I especially enjoy the decaf Green teas in many flavors. Melissa and her staff are so nice to deal with and so knowledgeable about their products.

Until I discovered Fava Tea, I was uneducated about the wonderful difference between loose tea and the dreaded bagged tea. Bravo! I'm hooked.

They are ALWAYS helpful and always willing to help you find what is just right for you.

When trying to find something for a gift, they really listen and find just the right things to make your receiver happy for a long time.

I recommend them highly, it's the only place I go to now when I want to spoil myself.

The service was GREAT!!! The staff is the most knowledgable I have ever encountered-- and I have been to many tea shops and houses in the state and in the US. The teas are really high quality and ones I couldn't find anywhere else. I LOVE FAVA TEA, you have to check them out. Once you do, you will never want to leave.

I was a tea 'virgin' before Fava Tea came to Appleton and now I love starting my morning with a cup of tea and iced tea in the afternoon. They have helped me learn that 'real tea' doesn't come in bags. They are so cheerful and take the time to answer my questions. I also love the huge variety. Thank you for coming to Appleton Fava Tea. Fava is a bit out of my way (about 2.5 hours)...but it's worth the drive! Starting at one ounce, you can bring home a varity of teas to suit ANY taste, from coconut truffle to goddess of mercy (over a couple hundred teas). Not only are the gals there friendly, they were knowledgable about their tea. WAY TO GO, FAVA TEA!

This is the best shop I have been in. They are only tea, not coffee or other food items so they know their stuff and do it well. They really know the teas. The service is great. I learned that I can ice the tea. Cool stuff. Thank you fava for being experts on tea!

I was introduced to Fava Tea and their wonderful variety of teas and excellent customer service about a year ago. First time tea buyers and seasoned tea lovers will enjoy and frequent this store. Fava Tea presented a tea workshop to our school district employees through our Health Enhancement Program that was well recieved by all. Fava Tea Company also maintains an excellent web site. Last summer I quit my soda habit and needed a new caffeine source. I turned to green tea as a more healthy solution. I disliked tea until I went to Fava - just couldn't handle the taste. They were wonderful at Fava, and helped turn me into a self-declared 'tea snob', I won't touch grocery store stuff. They are incredibly helpful and suggest fantastic new flavors every time I visit. Now I crave my daily tea. Thanks, Fava!

I use to hate tea until a year ago. A friend told me about Fava and since I went, I have become my own tea afficianado. The selection is great, the staff is very friendly and willing to answer any questions, and the prices are very reasonable. By the way, I put 'lacking' for food because they really don't have any, which doesn't bother me one bit...just focus on the tea.

I have been going to Fava Tea since they opened. I no longer need to drink Tea made from dust which was all I could find before. I <3 Fava Tea!!

I love going to Fava. It's relaxing and fun and I feel no pressure while I take my time and peruse the walls of tea. The staff is always friendly and ready to help, and they answer all of my questions. I find lots of great deals and great teas and I just can't stop myself from returning again and again!

I can't imagine anyone having a bad experience at this store. The staff is very personable and extremely helpful and are passionate about what they're doing. Being from out of town, I've only been in the store once and have ordered from the website the rest of the time. Ordering from the web holds the same personal attention that physically visiting the store does. I wish this store was closer to me.....

A friend and I visited Fava Tea Company for the first time last week. I didn't know there was so much to learn about tea. We were treated to a shortened version of tea 101 and learned so much!(who knew that the brewing temp. makes a difference in the taste?!) The clerk was enthusiastic and eager for us to learn more. Can't wait to visit again. Thank you for such a nice experience.

Once upon a time, I thought tea was tea - little bags I picked up by the dozen in aisle 6 of the local grocery store. Then, a visit to Fava changed everything. Turns out tea is more than a drink. It's a journey to exotic places with tastes that range from subtle and light to rich and full bodied, with a zillion flavors in between. Seriously! One shelf takes you to ancient China, while another takes you to a serene garden, while yet another takes you to the candy store! And the staff makes the journey a ball! To anyone interested in discovering a whole new world of taste (and fun), I would STRONGLY recommend a trip to Fava Tea Company!!!

I consider myself very fortunate to have Fava Tea Company in our community!! A local business, with an excellent selection (300+)of the highest quality loose leaf teas. The service is excellent with a friendly, knowledgeable staff anxious to share their enthusiasm for amazing tea. Customers can browse the relaxed store and sample several 'teas of the day'. After looking at as many teas as your senses can handle, you can buy as little as one ounce. Fresh-brewed teas to go as well. What's not to like??? Fava Tea ROCKS!

I have tried this store now 3 times and EVERY time the service is lacking. Instead of offering me customer service they are more concerned in proving me wrong and the salespeople are lacking in the knowledge that is needed in handling the most basic skills. I would much rather drive to Milw and visit that tea store even though it is more expensive than to visit this store again.

Fava is great! The best tea store that I have ever seen. I love that you can sample the teas before you buy them.

This is an excellent store! I've tried several different varieties of teas that I've never seen anywhere else. The gummi bear was a great suggestion. It's one of my favorite teas now and is good either hot or cold. The key lime pie is another good one as well.

This is a great shop! Selection and service are excellent. They stock a wide variety of teas - I found many things that I had not seen or tried before, along with old favorites. They also have a variety of samples that you can try.

I was in for the fist time today. It was great!! The staff was so very nice and helped me find the tea that works for me. You must try it!!

I love this store! They have a tremendous variety of loose-leaf teas, blacks, oolongs, greens, whites, herbals, and roobios. The staff is very knowledgable and friendly--they remember my name and the teas I've enjoyed. When my sister casually mentioned she was never able to find barely tea the owner researched and stocked it for her without every being asked. Try their gummi bear herbal tea, sweet cranberry herbal tea, and their black almond cookie tea. They're the best!

My husband & I went to Fava Tea Company today for the first time. It was the mose wonderful experience we have had in a long time. The establishment is just so peaceful and makes you feel so welcomed. We spent over an hour there while the owner answered all of our many questions. She really educated us on the many types of teas, what makes them different and even how the different teas should be brewed. I can not tell you how long it has been since we received the service that we did today at Fava.You can really tell they love their products and best of all they KNOW their products. Again such a wonderful experience!!! On a 1-10 scale they are a 15. Please don't change a thing! Thank you
