It reminds me a lot of Lolicup. Very busy and it was kinda weird having the register on the customer side.
Delicious tea!! Bobba was nice and chewy. And yeah just a cup of yummy. Lots to choose from and hard to decide what to get. Didn't get to try any of the food but from what I could see it looked pretty good and the people at the tables that were eating looked happy as they were leaving.

A fun English Tea room in the middle of an Asian Market. The Summer Pudding Tea is wonderful!

I love this place, my husband and I frequent just about everyday! The daytime waitresses are always very cheerful and friendly. Their Iced Green Tea is my favorite; a little pricey, but worth it. My husband is half-white and has occassionally picked up our drinks on his own, in no way have the waitresses ever been rude. We have a 5 year old and they are always so sweet to her! Just wanted to let you all know you're doing a great job!!

I was treated very rudely. They do not like Caucasians or any other people except Chinese people. It's very apparent that they do not provide any assistance unless you speak Chinese. They also recently cancelled their stamp card program and are very rude when you try to ask for a stamp. We had a waitress walk away from us and another that made us wait a long time to get our money back after they discriminated against us.

My family and I just went to Tea Station Newark, CA to have lunch yesterday. After that, the only thing we feel is that we'll never go there again.
The food and teas were ok. But the service from the waitress (the poker-face one) was so bad that we vow that we'll never go back and will definitely tell our friends not to go there.
I asked the waitress to explain the item prices on the check politely and she raised her voice and gave me
very rude explanation. And then just before we left, my 3-year-old daughter wanted a straw, the waitress hid the bucket of straws immediately behind the counter in front of our eyes.
My family and I always enjoy Ten Ren products. But this time, I cannot believe that this is the treatment I got.
The ice tea (pearl tea in our case) is definitely on the sweet side.

Many of the waitresses do not speak english but they are still friendly and cheerful and will find someone who can to answer your question. Tea can be on the sweet side, be sure to tell them not-too sweet esp for syrupy drinks. Also has taiwanese plates and appetizers. Open late on weekdays and weekends!
