Many years ago this was our favorite place for afternoon tea, they had seatings from 1pm - 5pm, and the cost was $12.50 with refills (even on sandwiches).Now tea is only 3pm - 4:30pm,and the cost has soared to $30.00 with limited fare. So not worth the trek into Philly. So sad,so sad.

Oh, Ladies, My server was a brute. And for God's sake, these Neanderthals think that the water that comes out of the coffee machine is hot enough for black tea. Please boil the water! The food just wasn't special and it was money well wasted. Just don't be blinded by all the bells and whistles of the Four Seasons and skip it. You know you can trust me.

I've had ta quite often at the Swann Room and each time has been memorable. I enjoy sharing that eperience with others. The staff, the, tea as well as the presentation is something everyone should experience.
